About Us

ICICI Investment Management Co. Ltd. (IIMCL) offers a full-fledged fee-based investment advisory service. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank and a Registered Investment Advisor, registered with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

 

Brief Profile of Board of Directors and Key Managerial Persons of ICICI Investment Management Company Limited (“IIMCL”)

 

1. Mr. Dilip Kumar Pal, Independent Director
Mr. Dilip Kumar Pal is a Chartered Accountant since 1980 and has over three decades of experience in financial services industry spread across commercial banking, development banking and investment banking. During the last two decades, he has set up and managed control and compliance activities in the banking industry in India and overseas. He was with ICICI Bank Limited for thirty two (32) years across various departments.

2. Mr. Rajesh Iyer, Chairman (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Rajesh Iyer is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI),Cost Accountant (US) and FRM (US). He has worked in the areas of equity research,managed proprietary money and a desk that focused on co-investment opportunities across global asset classes along with institutional and family office clients. He has previously worked as the CEO of DHFL Pramerica Asset Management Company.

3. Ms. Preksha Kedia, Whole-time Director (KMP)
Ms. Preksha Kedia heads ICICI Investment Management Company Ltd and has been appointed as the Whole Time Director and Principal Officer of IIMCL since September 26,2022. She has been associated with ICICI group for more than 14 years. She is responsible for Investment advisory, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations of IIMCL. Her Educational Qualifications includes Msc, CFP, Diploma in business finance ICFAI, and she holds Certificate from NISM for Investment Advisory (XA & XB).

4. Mr. Lavnish Soni, Chief Financial Officer (KMP)
Mr. Lavnish Soni is the Chief Financial Officer of ICICI Investment Management Company Limited since October 27, 2020. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and had completed the post-graduation in management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has previously worked with ICICI Bank Limited for approximately five (5) years in credit and policy group.

5. Mr. Vijendra Vaishya, Company Secretary (KMP)
Mr. Vijendra Vaishya is the Company Secretary of ICICI Investment Management Company Limited since July 18, 2024. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), LLB and a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate Secretarial Function, Secretarial Compliances, Corporate Legal and Commercial Law.
